Reporting helps the Foundations demonstrate impact to both donors and the broader community. If your organization has been approved for a grant from the Community Foundation of Mississauga, you may have been asked to report on the use of that grant. If reporting is a condition of your grant, you would have signed a Grant Agreement which outlined the requirements and deadline to submit your report.

NOTE: All grant recipients must file their reports by the deadline to enable them to reapply for the next grant cycle. Please use the forms from this website for your report submission.

Grant reports for 2022 grant recipients must be submitted before 5pm on Friday, January 27th, 2023 with the form attached.

Grant reports for 2023 grant recipients must be submitted ONLY through the NEW CommunityGLM portal by Friday, January 16th, 2024.
